Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  You can return anything you purchased from our web store within 30 days of the date of delivery.  Items returned must be in their original, unused, unworn, unwashed, saleable condition and accompanied with a copy of the original receipt.  All sale items are final sale.  Gift Cards cannot be used towards gratuity.

Please note that we cannot refund your original shipping charges unless there was a defective, damaged or broken item.  In these situations, please contact us at shophightidevi@gmail.com.

High Tide is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Once your items are received, a credit will be processed and issued to the original payment method. It generally takes 2 weeks to process returns or credits.  

We do not perform exchanges at this time.  If you need a different size, please place a new order online and return your current order, as described above to:
